I highly recommend this place, as it surpasses the quality of most 4-star hotels in Europe. With spacious rooms, kitchen facilities, and laundry, it was perfect for my large family. The location was also convenient, with both Bellagio and San Giovanni within walking distance. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 🌟.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Agriturismo Il Colle. The location of the villa provided breathtaking views of Lake Como from both my mini apartment and the patio outside. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of local products, including cold meats, cheeses, fresh jams, and homemade cookies. Mary, one of the hosts, was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants based on my preferences and budget. Luigi, a qualified sommelier, shared his passion for wine and offered a fantastic selection of Italian wines to enjoy on the patio. One highlight was the private boat tour recommended by Mary, which was a truly memorable experience. I had a fantastic time at Agriturismo Il Colle and would highly recommend it.

The property offers spacious rooms and bathrooms with stunning views. the owners were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. the property is surrounded by olive trees, rosemary bushes, and lemon trees, creating a beautiful and fragrant atmosphere. the highlight was definitely the terrace with its amazing views over the lake and mountains. It's a bit of a walk from the center of Bellagio, but well worth it for the serene and picturesque location. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The on-site owners at this property are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to take the time to assist guests. the views from the breakfast terrace are absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking Lake Como. the homemade breakfast breads, pastries, and homegrown fruits and berries are delightful. Guests can also enjoy eggs cooked to order and a range of choices from the fancy coffee machine. the air conditioning in the rooms works great, which was fortunate during an unprecedented heat wave with no rain. the beds and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Each room has a unique design, and our bathroom was particularly spacious. Despite the property being labeled as "Agriturismo," referring to their own olive and fruit cultivation for tax purposes, it does not accurately describe the property itself.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a huge shower room and a lovely terrace seating area. The breakfast itself was delicious, with fresh bread, cakes, and home produced honey. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay was enjoyable. The location, though uphill from the center of town, was worth the exercise for the amazing views. I would definitely book to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
